What Causes a Rodent Infestation?

Rodents are attracted to properties that have easy access to food, water, and shelter. Once inside, they can contaminate food, damage electrical wiring, insulation, furniture, and introduce other pests such as fleas, mites, and ticks. Outdoor rodent activity, particularly in gardens, can also pose health risks and often leads to infestations indoors. Homes with garages, or close to unclean surroundings small entry gaps are especially vulnerable.
